Disneyland Paris has unveiled a fresh makeover for its Sleeping Beauty Castle including new colours and a revamp – we take a look behind the scenes in the transformation including how it looked when it first opened
Disneyland Paris has finally unveiled its Sleeping Beauty Castle’s magical makeover after 12 months of extensive renovations – and it’s as pretty as you’d expect!
The castle has been given a fresh update with everything from fresh lick of paint with brighter pinks, blues and golds, while the turrets, roof tiles and other features have also been given some major revamps.
After all, the castle needs to look its best for the theme park’s 30th anniversary celebrations, kicking off from March 6, 2022.
During the months of works, a large image of the castle was placed in front of the buildings so that visitors could still take those all-important castle photos.
However Disneyland Paris has now shared a sneak peek at what was going on behind-the-scenes with a series of snaps taken during the renovations – and they’ve also given us a look back at some of the castle’s other looks and makeovers over the past few decades.
