Drexel was able to score an upset win against Towson over the weekend at home and now travels to face Hofstra, one of the hottest teams in the country.
The Pride have won seven in a row and 11 of 12, tied with Charleston atop the CAA standings. Hofstra dismantled Monmouth over the weekend, 86-57, and now will look to keep lining bettors wallets with another cover.

This is a tough turnaround for Drexel, who won in overtime at home against Towson and now need to face the best team in the conference over the past month.
Drexel’s defense is strong at defending the interior, the best two-point defense in the CAA, but Aaron Estrada should have his way with the Dragons defense, setting up the team’s deadeye 3-point shooters that are shooting over 37% from 3 this season, top 30 in the country.
Estrada is a fantastic ball handler and this has been a bad matchup for Drexel, with Hofstra winning the prior two last year behind 58 points from the Pride point guard.
Hofstra has been on a tear, and has been outperforming expectation as well, covering in 11 of 14 games as a favorite this season. Given the potential tired legs for the Dragons, this is setting up for a double digit Pride victory.
