Drishyam 2 Box Office: Ajay Devgn starrer fifth Monday collections | Bollywood Bubble

Drishyam 2 has maintained a successful run at the box office as it continues to do good business in the fifth week. The Abhishek Pathak directorial was released in theatres on November 18. And, the movie starring Ajay Devgn in a key role had received rave reviews with an opening day box office collection of 15 crore nett. After crossing the 200 crore mark at the box office, Drishyam 2 continues to remain steady in collections, with a very limited fall.

The Ajay Devgm starrer has collected 75 lakhs nett on the fifth Monday. The film saw a drop of only 15% from Friday, taking its total to 216 crore nett, so far. Despite the release of movies Avatar The Way of Water, An Action Hero and Bhediya, Drishyam 2 continues to make a superb collection.

According to a Box Office India report, “Drishyam 2 remained steady on its fifth Monday showing a better trend than the previous weeks with a very limited fall on Monday as it collected 75 lakhs nett which is just 15% down from Friday. This takes the film to 216 crore nett till date.”

Saturday – 1,75,00,000 apprx

According to the report, the fifth week business of Drishyam 2 is looking at a total of 7.50 crore nett. The report mentioned that the estimated collections of the fifth week are a very good number, despite the competition and a 60% drop. As per the report, the Ajay Devgn starrer will see further competition in this week, with the release of Cirkus. However, the numbers of Drishyam 2 in the coming days will be compensated with a Holiday period. The report stated that the movie is expected to close its collections at the 225 crore nett mark.

Meanwhile, Drishyam 2 also features Tabu, Akshaye Khanna, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav.
