0

There is an easy way to earn Delta SkyMiles on your Starbucks visits. If you’re a Starbucks Rewards member, you can link your account to your Delta Air Lines SkyMiles account to earn miles. Here are the details of this collaboration.

How To Sign Up

Firstly, if you aren’t a member of either program, you must sign up. It is free to join the Starbucks Rewards and the Delta SkyMiles program. Note that this promotion is only available for U.S.-based programs.

Earn 150 Stars And 500 Bonus SkyMiles

Once you’ve joined both programs, you can link your accounts here for 150 Stars and 500 SkyMiles. You must link your accounts before 12/31/2022 to be eligible for this bonus.

After linking your accounts, you must make a qualifying purchase at Starbucks to receive the 150 Stars. With 150 Stars, you can enjoy a free coffee or bakery treat at Starbucks. And 500 SkyMiles can get you closer to your next flight.

Enjoy Starbucks Perks On The Days You Are Traveling

Additionally, after you’ve linked your accounts, you’ll be able to enjoy double Stars on qualifying purchases at Starbucks on the day you take your Delta flight.

Eligible flights must be purchased at least 48 hours before departure. A Delta travel day is from 12:01 a.m. to midnight on the departure date of a Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight. If you have connecting Delta flights with a layover between, or if your Delta travel itinerary continues beyond a single 24-hour period, then the departure day of your itinerary will be considered your travel day.

You’ll automatically earn your SkyMiles and Stars when you complete qualifying activities, as long as your SkyMiles number is included in your Delta flight itinerary.

And if you happen to be traveling on a Starbucks Double Star Day, you will earn triple Stars instead!

Earn 1 SkyMile Per $1 Spent At Starbucks

You’ll also earn 1x SkyMile per $1 spent at Starbucks. SkyMiles will also automatically be credited to your account once your accounts are linked.

Additional Information

However, note that Stars can take up to 2 business days to show up in your account. Additionally, it can take up to 10 business days for SkyMiles to be posted to your account.

There is no limit on how many Stars or SkyMiles you can earn. Also, SkyMiles don’t expire, though the program rules still apply. However, Stars do expire. They will expire six months after the calendar month in which they were earned.

Conclusion

Linking your Starbucks Rewards and Delta SkyMiles accounts with this promotion is an easy way to earn miles for your next trip while enjoying a delicious latte. Be sure to join your accounts before the December 31, 2022, deadline to take advantage of this offer.
