The weather in the UK is pretty scorching and there’s nothing better on a hot day than a bowl of ice cream.
But while there are plenty of options in supermarkets and the ice cream vans roaming the streets, making your own is even more fun.
BBC Good Food shared how ice cream lovers can make their own banana concoction.
Taking just five minutes to prep, you can be out enjoying the sun in no time at all.
BBC Good Food described the “easy” recipe as a “no-churn ice cream that’s low-fat, super healthy and counts as one of your five-a-day”.
Ingredients
Four ripe bananas, cut into chunks
Three to four tbsp milk
Two tbsp toasted flaked almonds
Two tbsp ready-made toffee or chocolate sauce
