The suspense-thriller Ek Villain Returns, starring John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani, and Tara Sutaria, has performed better at the box office than recent releases in Bollywood. Although the movie made a lot of money in the UK, its domestic box office revenue decreased by more than 66% on Monday, earning ₹3.01 crores.
The movie did poorly on Tuesday because it hardly got anyone into the theatre. Ek Villain Returns reportedly made between ₹2.7-2.8 crores on its second weekday, according to some sources. As per Box Office India report, In the UK, Ek Villain Returns has become a great hit. The weekend box office was a bit of a stunner as it brought in about £130k, but Monday is really amazing as the movie brings in over £30k despite there being no UK holiday that day. The four days guarantee the movie is a hit in the UK, and it will hold up very well and might even surpass bigger movies like Jugjugg Jeeyo and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
