ENHYPEN’s Jungwon and Sunoo have been selected as new DJs for the EBS radio show “Listen”!
On February 7, EBS Radio officially announced that the ENHYPEN members would be taking over as DJs for the teen-oriented program, which has previously been hosted by idols like TXT‘s Taehyun and Huening Kai, THE BOYZ‘s New and Juyeon, and most recently, Kim Jae Hwan.
Jungwon and Sunoo remarked, “We’re truly delighted to become radio DJs for the first time in Korea. We’ll approach listeners with honest conversations and a sincere side that you haven’t been able to see from us on stage [during our performances].”
They went on to add, “We’re particularly confident that we can do a better job than anyone at passionately hearing out the concerns of listeners who are around the same age as us.”
“Listen” PD (producing director) Lee Ji Hye commented, “You’ll be able to discover many new sides of Jungwon and Sunoo through ‘Listen.’ Together with the two of them, we’ll try to create a broadcast that young listeners can relate to and enjoy.”
“Listen” airs every Sunday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m KST, and Jungwon and Sunoo’s first episode as DJs will air on February 13.
