Heading into the Eastern Conference Finals, ESPN Analytics didn’t give the Miami Heat much of a chance of winning the series against the Boston Celtics.

Now, even after Miami has won the first three games and thoroughly dominated the Celtics in Game 3, the ESPN computer still thinks the Heat are underdogs at home in Game 4.

The analytics from the Worldwide Leader give Boston a 66% chance of winning on the road tonight to prolong the series and get back home for Game 5.

Perhaps the computer is thinking like Celtics guard Marcus Smart, who insisted earlier today that his team is not out of it yet.

“Don’t let us get one,” Smart told reporters.

If Sunday night was any indication, the Celtics won’t be getting one. Boston was completely outclassed by the Heat in a 26-point blowout loss that seemed worse than the final score indicated.

Even if the Celtics do win tonight, they are only staving off the inevitable. There’s zero chance Miami loses four straight with the way they have been playing during these playoffs.
