TNT will be broadcasting Game 7 of the Celtics vs. Heat series on Monday night. For most NBA fans, that comes as a major sigh of relief.

NBA fans have been roasting ESPN’s coverage of the playoffs throughout the spring.

Many NBA fans – and some former players – believe the network is biased toward some of the big-market teams, while not giving enough coverage – and credit – to a player like Nikola Jokic and his Denver Nuggets team.

“I actually turned my television off the next day because the first two blocks were all about LeBron instead of what the Denver Nuggets accomplished,” Charles Barkley said of ESPN.

Many NBA fans are in agreement.

“Barkley on point as usual,” one fan wrote.

“This is why I stopped watching the NBA. It’s no longer about basketball. It is about promoting the brands of certain teams and players. ESPN needs to be rebuilt,” one fan added.

“Exactly I heard more about Lebron and his terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day than I heard about how it’s the first ever trip to the NBA Finals for The Denver Nuggets. I was so irritated that I didn’t hear anything about the accomplishments of The nuggets,” one fan added.

Unfortunately for some NBA fans, ESPN has big plans for Stephen A. Smith this NBA Finals.

Game 7 of the Celtics vs. Heat series, meanwhile, will be airing on TNT tonight.
