There are 16,000 seats available from London St Pancras to Paris Gare Du Nord, and 16,000 for the journey back.

Seats are also available at a discounted price on journeys from London to Brussels, with 8,000 seats each way.

But you’ll have to be quick as you’ve got less than a week to bag a cheap seat.

The Eurostar sale ends on February 8 and the deal is valid on journeys between February 21 and May 19.

While the deal isn’t available on trains during half term, Eurostar has increased its services between London St Pancras to Paris Gare Du Nord to cater for the school holidays.

Extra services have been added across weekdays and at the weekend, totalling 56 trips a week.

There are currently seven trains daily on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, eight trains on Saturdays, and 10 trains on Fridays and Sundays.

Brits who are planning on visiting France need to make sure they’re up-to-date with the country’s Covid rules.

France has banned travellers from entering the country if they had their vaccines more than nine months ago and haven’t had a booster jab.

The French authorities said that they will treat people who had their jabs more than nine months ago as though they are unvaccinated.

Unvaccinated travellers must self-isolate for 10 days when they arrive in France and have an essential reason to enter the country – which doesn’t include for tourism reasons.

There has been a boost for families heading abroad for half term, however – Brits travelling with teenagers will now be able to get Covid passes for countries which require proof of vaccination.

Previously, children aged 12 to 15 who had two doses of the jab were not able to use the NHS app – meaning they could not get the Covid-19 pass for travel digitally.

But from today, teenagers will be able to download their pass either through the NHS app or website.

We’ve rounded up the countries you need a booster to enter – as Grant Shapps says third jab will be “almost certainly needed” for summer hols.
