There aren’t any better two words in sports than “Game Seven.”
Monday night, the Boston Celtics are hosting the Miami Heat in the final game of the Eastern Conference Finals. The winner is on to the NBA Finals, where the Denver Nuggets will be waiting.
While it’s a thrilling situation, we’re not getting the best game play so far. Both teams are probably playing pretty tight, which is to be expected.
Still, fans are complaining about how “ugly” the game is.
“NBA fans who sh– on college basketball low scoring ugly win or go home tourney games sure do love ugly low scoring game 7s,” one fan wrote.
“This has the makings of a really ugly game 7, like the one last year,” one fan added.
“This has all the makings of a classic ugly grind-it-out game 7. Should be fun,” one fan added.
“I am very excited for just how ugly this game is going to be. It’s going to be a glorious mess,” another fan added.
