Sara Lee, winner of Season 6 of WWE’s “Tough Enough” reality series, died by suicide last October, according to a report.

The former WWE star, 30, ingested a lethal combination of alcohol and pills, according to Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office documents obtained by TMZ.

The coroner’s report adds that Lee had left “letters of intent at the scene” before her death, and was found with bruises and abrasions on her head and body.

Officials suspected that the former wrestler suffered a fall while intoxicated at the time of her death.

“It is with heavy hearts we wanted to share that our Sara Weston has gone to be with Jesus,” her mother, Terri Lee, wrote in a post on social media in October. “We are all in shock and arrangements are not complete. We ask that you respectfully let our family mourn.”

“WWE is saddened to learn of the passing of Sara Lee,” the wrestling promotion wrote in a statement shared on Twitter late Thursday night.

“As a former ‘Tough Enough’ winner, Lee served as an inspiration to many in the sports-entertainment world. WWE offers its heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and fans.”

Lee married fellow wrestler Cory Weston, known as Wesley Blake in the WWE, in 2017.

They shared three children, daughter Piper, son Brady and a baby boy.

“I loved you from the first moment I saw you,” Weston penned in a message to Lee on Instagram following her death. “I would always say that you were an angel walking on this earth. Beautiful, compassionate, strong and so loving. An angel that blessed me with 3 of the most beautiful children I could imagine.

“I really don’t know what to say in these uncertain times. I just know that death can’t take away the memories we made. I can’t promise that I will stop grieving but I know now, that you’re free. I can’t thank you enough for giving me the best years of my life so far.”

Lee earned a one-year deal from the WWE in 2015 after she won first place in the reality show, where aspiring wrestlers competed for a contract.

She was released from the WWE in Sept. 2016 and later wrestled briefly on the independent circuit.

Just one day before her tragic death, Lee uploaded a post on Instagram in which she revealed details of a recent health battle.

In the snap, Lee posed for a selfie in the bathroom of her gym, writing, “Celebrating finally being healthy enough to go to the gym 2 days in a row.”

“First ever sinus infection kicked my butt #Saraselfie #gains,” she concluded her caption on the Oct. 4 post.
