She continued: “If you have a large bedroom with good ventilation then you may find that your room doesn’t hold as much heat, so you might want to hold onto that thicker duvet for a little while longer.
“If you are someone that doesn’t want the faff of swapping out duvets, then I would recommend trying a Merino wool duvet.
