EXCLUSIVE: Radhika Apte talks about her ‘expensive lifestyle’; says, ‘don’t see the point in luxury brands’, watch : Bollywood News – Bollywood Hungama

Actress Radhika Apte has played some of the most unconventional on-screen characters. With her acting prowess, Apte has managed to make a name for herself. After sharing screen space with Saif Ali Khan in Vikram Vedha, the actress is all set for her next release, Monica O My Darling, co-starring Rajkummar Rao and Huma Qureshi. While talking about the film with Bollywood Hungama, the actress recalled her theatre days and how her lifestyle has changed now.

When asked what memories flashes in front of her when there is a mention of the initial years of her career, Radhika asserted, “I definitely have more money than I had at that time. My Lifestyle change in the sense that I don’t take the local train, I have a car. I’m able to sustain my lifestyle which is very expensive because I live in two different countries. So I’m flying in every month. But I’m not somebody who gets very comfortable with spending a lot of money.”

Explaining further, the Sacred Games actress added, “I had a car for a long time. It just broke down recently so my mom’s giving me a car for now and I’m trying to buy a new car and I’m not gonna go for the luxury brands. I’ve decided because I just don’t see the point in it or I fly every month so I don’t really fly business necessarily. My lifestyle is not very exorbitant so it’s pretty much the same.”

Talking about Monica O My Darling, the murder-thriller is slated to release on November 11. The Vasan Bala directorial will be released exclusively on Netflix.
