Sushi Roku is W Scottsdale’s restaurant for authentic Japanese dining, specializing in omakase. This sleek restaurant offers a menu of contemporary sushi and fuses traditional Japanese ingredients and styles of cooking with non-traditional elements from across the globe, particularly from Latin America and Europe. The menu features a selection of hot and cold appetizers such as the hamachi serrano, octopus crudo, seared albacore and the baked cod with sweet miso.

The menu continues with signature sushi and sashimi plates, including a Chef’s Choice which comes with nigiri and hand rolls. From signature rolls like the katana with spicy tuna, shrimp tempura topped with tuna and yellowtail to entrees like the filet mignon “Japonais”and the Chilean seabass with truffle miso, Sushi Roku has something for any lover of Japanese cuisine.

At Cottontail Lounge, specialty cocktails include the Killing Me Softy with rum, mango and coconut purée, pineapple andorange juice and a dark rum float and the Salty Sandia with vodka, Aperol, watermelon, lime and topped with Prosecco. On the food side of things, the menu offers a variety of salads including an Asian kale salad with mandarins, carrot slaw and crispy wontons; and sharable plates like the shishito peppers with oyster sauce; tempura vegetables; crispy calamari with Calabrian chili aioli and smoked sockeye salmon flat bread.

Also offered are a selection of burgers and handhelds that include a beyond burger with beef steak tomatoes; the W burger with a brisket blend with garlic aioli; and a hickory smoked turkey sandwich. Other entrees include the a seared albacore with ponzu sauce and a togarashi salmon.

When it comes to relaxing by the pool, W Scottsdale is home to Arizona’s only chilled pool, the rooftop WET Deck. Guests are invited to stay in the shade in the WET Deck’s private cabanas as they cool off with a variety of inventive cocktail.

Guests can also sip on ice cold libations in The Living Room, which transforms into a stylish lounge with live music by local artists when the sun goes down every Thursday-Saturday starting at 9pm.
