FA Cup quarter-finals Prediction

Here is the predictions from tShe FA Cup matches-

Man City vs Burnley

It will be a return to the Etihad for Manchester City legend Vincent Kompany, who is currently the manager of Burnley. The Championship club are doing extremely well and are on the verge of promotion back to the Premier League.

It promises to be an intriguing tie but Man City have the firepower to overcome the Burnley challenge. Pep Guardiola’s men decimated RB Leipzig in midweek and we think although the scoreline may not be that emphatic, but City will advance for a semi-final date at Wembley.

Prediction: Man City 3 – 1 Burnley

Sheffield United vs Blackburn Rovers

Sheffield United got their quarter-finals ticket with a major upset at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur, while Blackburn Rovers beat Leicester to get to the last eight. The Championship clubs will be locking horns and both are in terrific form this season. The Blades are 2nd in the Championship as they eye an automatic promotion, while Blackburn sit 5th in the table and aiming for a playoff spot.

Prediction: Sheffield United 2 – 0 Blackburn Rovers

Brighton vs Grimsby Town

The Premier League high-fliers will be taking on fourth-tier outfit Grimsby, who are separated by 51 places in the English football standings. As the Seagulls aim to make it to the semi-finals, Grimsby will be hoping to pull off an upset. The League 2 side are currently 15th in their own division, but beat Championship club Luton Town in the last round.

But it may well be too much for them to topple the Seagulls at their own backyard. The Premier League club have been playing beautiful football this season and it looks they will book their place in the semi-finals.

Prediction: Brighton 3 – 0 Grimsby Town

Manchester United vs Fulham

Manchester United will meet fellow Premier League club Fulham in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. The Red Devils are eyeing a domestic cup double after their Carabao Cup victory, and Fulham can be a tricky clash. Fulham made a fantastic start to the season and are currently sitting 9th in the Premier League table.

As Erik ten Hag and his team chase domestic and continental cup competitions, we predict Man United will prevail the battle and qualify for the semi-finals.

Prediction: Man United 2 – 1 Fulham
