Falcon Heavy Launched: Elon Musk-owned SpaceX has relaunched Falcon Heavy into space after three years. It is the world’s most powerful active rocket, as per IANS report, lifted off from pad 39-A at Florida`s Kennedy Space Center at around 7.13 pm IST on November 1.

According to CNET, on November 1 at 9.43 a.m. ET (7.13 p.m. IST), the Falcon Heavy mission, known as USSF 44, lifted off from pad 39-A at Florida`s Kennedy Space Center with a military micro-satellite prototype named TETRA-1 and a larger, unconfirmed satellite.

The centre core booster was disposed into the ocean after launching a classified payload into orbit for the US Space Force. The mission was originally scheduled for 2020, but it has been delayed due to payload problems, IANS added.

According to the news agency IANS, three Falcon 9 rockets are welded together to create this rocket and it has three times greater thrust than a Falcon 9, similarly, it`s the most powerful rocket in operation today, IANS said.

According to SpaceX, the landed side boosters could be deployed once more in a subsequent flight for national security. Nevertheless, CNET also reports that another Falcon Heavy launch of a commercial satellite is scheduled to occur in December.
