It truly is a testament to how much money LeBron James has made through the years when he can simply have a $37-39 million property demolished – even if it is for remodeling purposes.
LeBron purchased his Beverley Hills property several years ago but has not done any major work on it other than to demolish a house inside the property (which was once owned by the late-great actress Aubrey Hepburn). However, after getting some legal issues settled, full-scale demolition has begun in preparation for turning it into his dream home.
Fans on social media couldn’t help but marvel at what an incredible flex it must be for LeBron to be able to demolish a property worth that much money just for some redesigns:
“Being able to casually knock down a Mansion just because you don’t like the look of it is a next level flex,” one user wrote.
