Yikes. Besides the obvious danger of roaring across multiple traffic lanes and nearly sideswiping other vehicles, the drivers of these two econoboxes could very easily have outstripped their car’s capabilities as well as their own during these bonehead maneuvers. And that’s without considering a surprise appearance by black ice, or the intrusion onto the roadway by an animal. Add a third party into the mix (in the form of an uninvolved but frightened driver) and the potential for disaster is very high.
