A thousand Dhows ready in Beypore of Kozhikode to be shipped to Qatar in connection with the FIFA World Cup. These will be gifted to 1,000 selected spectators who are attending the tournament. Dhows are traditional boats that are made mainly of wood and plant fiber. Qatar has a traditional background of Dhows. All these 1,000 gifts were made by 15 artists from locals at their homes. It took 2 months of time to complete.
