FIR lodged against Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra, Here’s why | Bollywood Bubble

Shilpa Shetty and her businessman husband Raj Kundra have been landed into legal trouble after an FIR has been lodged against the duo in Rs 1.51 crore cheating case.

According to a report in Republic World, along with Shilpa and Raj, an FIR has also been registered against fraud Kashiff Khan, director of SFL Fitness Pvt Ltd for cheating and breach of contract by Pune youth Yash Barai at Mumbai Police Bandra Police Station and the case has been registered under several sections. The incident allegedly took place in July 2014.

The report further states that they asked the complainant to invest money in the fitness scheme and assured profits, however, it did not happen, and when the complainant asked for his money, he was threatened.

Recently, Kundra was embroiled in a porn racket and was arrested by Mumbai Police on July 19. However, after two months on September 20th Raj finally got bail.

A few days back, the duo made a joint appearance in Himachal Pradesh as they visited a temple. The duo were also seen twinning in yellow for the spiritual outing. This marked Raj’s first public appearance since his arrest. The actress was also spotted as the airport as she returned from Himachal Pradesh, but her husband did not accompany her.

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra are yet to respond to these claims.
