The former State Street vice president charged with the serial rape of women and girls has been indicted in Suffolk Superior Court.
The Boston Municipal Court has kicked up the outstanding charges that Ivan Cheung, 43, faced to the Superior Court.
Cheung now faces 11 charges: four counts of forcible rape of a child under 16, two counts of rape of a child under 16, four counts of aggravated rape, and a count of assault with intent to rape.
Cheung’s attorney Peter Parker said he had no comment.
Cheung worked at State Street for more than 18 years by the time he was arrested on Sept. 12, according to his LinkedIn profile. The company fired him the day he was arraigned.
Parker was able to keep Cheung’s face out of the courtroom throughout the proceedings in municipal court. The judges in the hearings allowed Parker to waive Cheung’s appearance due to the heavy media attention.
Cheung is accused of raping first two girls in the summer of 2003 and then two women in 2005 and 2006, according to the new indictments and to the initial criminal complaints.
It started with a 13-year-old girl Cheung allegedly picked up in July 2003 when he was 23 years old. They first had nonforceful sex at Cheung’s North Quincy home, the victim would later tell police, but then he allegedly held her at knifepoint and raped her in his car.
The next month, he allegedly picked up another girl, this one 14, where he took her to Charlestown and reportedly raped her at knifepoint first in his car and then in the nearby woods.
On Oct. 23, 2005, charging documents say he struck again, holding a 23-year-old woman he met at a Park Plaza-area bar. The victim told police he offered her a ride home, but that he instead drove her somewhere else and raped and stabbed her.
On April 7, 2006, Cheung is accused of raping another woman, 18, who he picked up outside a pizzeria in the North End. He drove her to Wellesley and raped and stabbed her there.
