Sky is now selling a brand-new range of laptops that are perfect for those who want to watch content on the go. The company, best known for its incredibly popular Sky TV hardware, like Sky Stream and Sky Glass, is now offering laptops on cellular plans via Sky Mobile, so you can connect to the internet from anywhere and browse the web, stream shows via Sky Go, and more!

Sky Mobile has added a number of popular brands, including Samsung Galaxy laptops and Google Chromebooks to its arsenal. All of these devices are powered by LTE or 5G connectivity. This means that your laptop will always be connected to the internet, even when you’re not at home and away from a reliable Wi-Fi signal.

If you’re been looking for a way to work from anywhere, these affordable new 5G-powered laptops might just be the best Sky deal you’ve seen in a while!

Sky Mobile noted that connected laptops will have their own SIM plan and data allowance, meaning that customers do not need to hook their devices up to their mobile hotspot.

Sky’s new range of laptops includes four new Samsung-connected laptop models, the Chromebook GO LTE, Chromebook2 360 LTE, as well as two Windows laptops, the Galaxy Book2 Go 5G and the premium Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 5G, with more laptops arriving later in the year.

If you can’t get a new laptop outright, you can get one with flexible 36 or 48-month payment plans at no interest. With prices starting from £11 a month, this could be a great way for customers looking for a plan that will suit them and fit into their monthly spending budget.

If you go for a 48-month plan, the Samsung Chromebook Go LTE will be your cheapest deal, letting you own a laptop for just £11 a month. On the other end of the scale, Sky Mobile will also let you the Samsung Galaxy Book3 PRO 360 5G for £55 a month.

After buying the laptop, you will need to purchase data plans, which start from £0 for 100MB, ranging to £26 for 75GB.

Sky Mobile added that existing customers can roll any spare data between their mobile SIM and their laptop SIM.

If you end up using a lot less data than you bought, don’t worry, because the company added that it is the first network to let connected laptop customers roll over any unused data each month.

With Sky Mobile’s Roll benefit, spare data is saved, so customers won’t lose what they don’t use.

Later, you can use this spare data when you require a boost, or share it with your SIMs on your account, or put it towards upgrades and accessories.

Paul Sweeney, Managing Director of Sky Mobile comments: “We want to help our customers get access to the best technology at prices that are affordable.

“Customers will now be able to get the same great Sky Mobile benefits like Roll and Mix on their laptop devices, where they won’t lose any of the data they’ve bought and can change their data plan up or down to suit their needs, offering flexibility and great value without having to compromise on the quality of the tech.”
