Former NBA star Tim Hardaway Sr. believes the Dallas Mavericks have a serious leadership problem.
The former All-Star point guard recently said that neither Luka Doncic nor Kyrie Irving are good leaders for the struggling Dallas franchise.
He also called Luka a “crybaby.”
“That trade wasn’t for them, what isn’t broken doesn’t need to be fixed. They’re missing a leader out there. Luka is not a leader, Kyrie is not a leader,” Hardaway said during a recent appearance on The Carton Show.

Since Irving’s first game with the Mavericks on February 8, the Mavericks have lost 16 games and dropped out of the postseason field. Nobody knew how Luka and Kyrie would mesh as superstar teammates, but no one expected it to be this bad.
The Mavericks are currently 11th place in the Western Conference, one half game outside of the final Play-in Tournament spot. Luka and Kyrie will face off against the No. 3 seed Sacramento Kings in a home game matchup later this evening.
