Food hacks for some of McDonald’s items have been around for years, but this is the first time they’re going on the actual restaurant menu.

Starting this week, McDonald’s has added four of the menu hacks that recently have gone viral.

Sadly, neither the McPizza nor the Spicy McNuggets made a return. But if you’re game to try anything, these will be right up your alley.

There’s the “Surf+Turf,” which involves stacking a Filet-O-Fish with a Double Cheeseburger.

A “Crunchy Double” might be a bit messy, what with the six-piece Chicken McNuggets slathered with tangy barbecue sauce underneath a Double Cheeseburger.

Some argued that a McChicken patty would work better but, hey, there’s something about juicy nuggets that makes this possibility more delish.

Arguably the wildest one also happens to be the heftiest.

The “Land, Air and Sea”– a Big Mac/McChicken/Filet-O-Fish tower — is so tall it’s hard to imagine anyone getting their mouth around it.

Finally, there’s the one concoction that has the potential to find a permanent home on the menu because it’s not over-the-top, easy enough to do yourself, and just works.

The “Hash Brown McMuffin” features a Sausage McMuffin with egg and a Hash Brown topper.

The comments came fast and furiously from those who say they’ve been doing some of these hacks for ages but under different names, and others who didn’t quite get what all the fuss was about.

One person wrote, “Sometimes more doesn’t mean better.”

We apologize, but this video has failed to load.

However, most customers were less about McLovin’ these hacks and more about bringing back some favourites — specifically Snack Wraps.

Who knew they were so popular? Well, restaurants in Canada, for one, which still sell the Ranch Chicken Snack Wrap with either crispy or grilled chicken.

McDonald’s says these additions are only around for a limited time.
