Genshin Impact 3.0 Livestream: Start Time, Date, And How To Watch

On August 11, HoYoverse announced the next Genshin Impact livestream, which will focus on the new Sumeru region and the massive amount of content coming in Version 3.0. This livestream should be longer than usual, seeing it will cover all the new areas added with the region, the new Archon Quest(s), new characters, and all the new Events.

We will also get official release date announcements for the next banners. For now, the devs have officially confirmed Tighnari (5-Star), Collei (4-Star), and Dori (4-Star) as the new characters of 3.0. Meanwhile, reliable leakers have mentioned reruns for Zhongli, Ganyu, and Kokomi in 3.0.

How To Watch The Stream

As usual, the English stream will be held on the Genshin Impact Twitch channel. Hopefully, the stream will go on without trouble this time. The previous livestream for 2.8 had several freezing and looping issues, which prevented fans from enjoying all of the content.

Meanwhile, the Chinese version of the stream will be held simultaneously on Bilibili, and will be officially translated to Japanese on Twitter. If you can’t speak any of these two languages but would still like to check out the Chinese stream, I personally recommend checking out Wangsheng Funeral Parlor’s English restream.

The English And Chinese streams will have the same content, except for possible China-related announcements. Needless to say, the voice actors appearing on each stream are also different. The codes for the Chinese server are also different and cannot be redeemed on the global servers.
