Foreman, 73, is emphatically denying any wrongdoing.

“Over the past six months, two women have been trying to extort millions of dollars each from me and my family. They are falsely claiming that I sexually abused them over 45 years ago in the 1970s. I adamantly and categorically deny these allegations,” Foreman said in a statement to the New York Post.

“The pride I take in my reputation means as much to me as my sports accomplishments, and I will not be intimidated by baseless threats and lies. I am, and always will be, guided by my faith and trust in God. I will work with my lawyers to fully and truthfully expose my accusers’ scheme and defend myself in court. I don’t pick fights, but I don’t run away from them either.”

According to TMZ Sports, the fathers of his two accusers were pals with Foreman at the time and had a “working relationship” with him.

The lawsuit is expected to be filed in Los Angeles in the days ahead.

The two women have been demanding Foreman give them each a $12.5-million pay-off. The bid began in January, TMZ said.

Foreman — who won the heavyweight gold medal in boxing at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City — most famously tangled with Muhammad Ali in 1974’s legendary Rumble in the Jungle.

Ali won the fight and a chastened Foreman retreated to the shadows before his triumphant return in 1994 when he defeated Michael Moorer to capture the WBA and IBF heavyweight championships.

After his ring career ended, Foreman became a successful entrepreneur with his George Foreman Grill. He earned around $200 million from the ubiquitous appliance.
