Gigi Hadid is taking her quarantine hobby to the next level.
On August 4, the model shared a peek at her latest business venture in an Instagram dump. “Been workin on something …. with love, @guestinresidence ???????? :),” she captioned the series of photos, which include Hadid looking over color swatches and plenty of cozy-looking knitwear. (In unrelated news, the latest Y2K trend coming back seems to be the puka-shell-necklace trend, as demonstrated by Hadid’s elevated pearl version in slide eight.)
Of course, many of Hadid’s 75.1 million followers, including her famous friends, are excited to see what the model is cooking up with Guest in Residence. “So excited about this ????,” Hailey Bieber commented, while Laura Brown dubbed Hadid “The Mayor of Snuggletown.”

As of August 4, the Guest in Residence Instagram account has yet to post and the bio simply reads, “KNITTERS,” with a link to a website that doesn’t give fans much to go on. So far, there is only a logo and the option to subscribe to a newsletter.
Gigi Hadid also shared a sneak peek at the line on Instagram Stories. In the photo, which tagged the brand, Hadid is wearing a purple vest and yet another pearl and puka-shell necklace.
According to her Instagram bio, which lists all her current roles, Hadid is the founder and creative director of Guest in Residence. Gigi Hadid has been modeling for the world’s biggest fashion brands since she was two years old, so it was just a matter of time before she dipped her toes into other sides of the industry. First, she took up photography, and now she’s starting her own brand. Of course, her top-ranked position remains “Khai’s mom.”
