GLAMOUR Tries: We’ve tested the new FOREO Luna 4 body device – here’s how it went

Thanks to GLAMOUR Tries, you won’t need to waste your hard-earned pennies on testing these innovations yourself. We’re getting in their first, giving you the lowdown and ensuring you invest in products that genuinely work. 

And this week, our Commerce Editor Sophie Cockett is testing out the new FOREO Luna 4 device to see if it actually works as advertised. In case you’re unfamiliar, FOREO is known for its iconic facial cleansing brushes and they recently extended their Luna collection, which includes the new Luna 4 Body Brush. 

“It’s a massaging body brush that you use in conjunction with your normal body wash and it uses T-Sonic pulsations to smooth, soften and cleanse the skin while you’re in the shower,” Sophie explains.

“It’s clinically proven to remove 99% of (impressive) of dirt and oil from the skin, which in turn has tons of benefits: 

1. It reduces breakouts, because clogged pores will be a thing of the past 

2. It can reduce cellulite, because this thing improves microcirculation, which makes your skin stronger and more elastic 

3. It prevents ‘strawberry skin’, which I have had for a very long time. 

And lastly, it preps your skin perfectly for a really close shave and also the application of body moisturisers, creams and other lotions,” she elaborates.

“We have had GLAMOUR Women Of The Year Awards this week, so I’m feeling in desperate need of a pamper,” she says as she preps to test out the device.

“First impressions: it’s small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, it’s really easy to switch between the modes and the speeds while you’re using it and the bristles are really soft, without being too abrasive,” Sophie shares.

“Honestly, I absolutely love it. It’s left my skin feeling so soft and it’s just a really nice experience. Kind of like an in-shower massage and a great way to elevate your self-care routine,” she concludes.
