Whether you are a Crocs fan or the sight of the foam clog gives you the heebie-jeebies, it’s hard to imagine anyone liking the newest incarnation of the footwear.

But hey, to each their own!

Crocs unveiled their newest boot – specifically, a cowboy boot complete with “shiny spurs.”

While the western-inspired footwear has been making a mainstream fashion comeback, the company said its own fans gave them the idea that yes, Crocs can be transformed into cowboy boots.

“For years, the buzz around a Crocs-inspired cowboy boot has been building, creating a genuine fan-fuelled movement trending across social media,” the company said in a release.

“Recognizing this passion, Crocs is making fan dreams come true, turning the Crocs Classic Cowboy Boot into a reality.”

It is “Croctober,” after all, the month when the brand does something unique and inspired by and for its fans.

Along with the spurs on the backstrap come western-inspired stitching along the shaft of the boot, croc-skin texture at the instep and toe box, and Croc’s signature ventilation holes.

A gold sheriff’s star Jibbitz will also be made available.

Reviews of the “Croots” were mixed, to say the least.

“I’m very fragile rn, pls tell me this is real and yall aren’t kidding bc I need these in my life expeditiously,” one user wrote.

Another added: “I’m going to be so obnoxious, cannot wait.”

A third person commented, “These boots were made for walking (in sports mode).”

But others begged for the company to quit while they were ahead.

“Please don’t release this,” one hater wrote, while another chimed in, “Y’all need to be stopped!”

The Crocs Classic Cowboy Boot will be released on Oct. 23, which just happens to be Croc Day, and sell for $150 online and for a limited time in Crocs stores.
