Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen gets opening date at Harrah’s Resort Southern California

British chef Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen now has an official opening date at Harrah’s Resort Southern California in Valley Center, according to a press release issued by the North San Diego property.

The restaurant will open on Friday, August 12 and is now taking reservations at harrahssocal.com.

The celebrity kitchen concept will occupy the casino’s previous buffet space. Its design includes an exhibition kitchen, full bar, a curated wine wall, two private dining rooms and two chef’s tables with seating for a total of 332 people.

Menu items for the restaurant include dishes featured on the chef’s “Hell’s Kitchen” reality television show. Some of the items include beef Wellington; Wagyu meatballs; Mishima reserve ribeye; pan-seared scallops; crispy skin salmon; and sticky toffee pudding. Vegetarian and vegan options such as truffle risotto; quinoa salad; wild mushrooms; and glazed root vegetables will also be available.

Hell’s Kitchen at Harrah’s Southern California will be the fourth of its kind, following restaurants in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and Dubai.
