Saturday was a special moment for Gregg Popovich.
The all-time winningest head coach was inducted into the Hall of Fame and deservingly so, with five NBA championships as the San Antonio Spurs leader.
However, there was an interesting moment when Popovich seemed unhappy with Ahmad Rashad.
While Popovich walked back to the podium to continue his speech, Rashad seemed to interrupt him before the coach said, “I’m not done,” before sending Rashad away.

During his speech, Popovich was joined on stage by several of his best players during the Spurs’ dynasty years. That included Tim Duncan, David Robertson, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili.
Popovich signed a five-year, $80 million contract extension with the Spurs this offseason and will be responsible for further developing the 2023 No.1 overall pick Victor Wembanyama.
Popovich is one of the greatest coaches in the history of the NBA, with a fun personality. That’s what makes him so respectable and likable in league circles.
