RAMALLAH, Nov 21: A member of the Palestinian Islamic movement Hamas on Sunday opened fire at a public location in Jerusalem killing an Israeli settler and wounding three others, Israel Radio said. The radio said the gunman, disguised as an advocate Jew, opened fire in the direction of a group of settlers and army troops in the city old sector.
