Hamdan bin Zayed reviews housing, infrastructure projects worth AED1 bn in Madinet Zayed, Liwa

AL DHAFRA, 19th October, 2022 (WAM) – H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, today reviewed housing plans and road and infrastructure projects worth more than AED1 billion for residential areas in Madinet Zayed and Liwa, Al Dhafra Region.

The projects, serving 1,421 residences, are being carried out by Aldhafrah Region Municipality in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.

His Highness praised the UAE’s continuous efforts to provide quality housing to all citizens, in line with the highest sustainability standards and the most recent technologies, further strengthening Emirati family stability.

This came as Sheikh Hamdan toured Madinet Zayed and Liwa today. “The UAE, under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, seeks to provide all Emirati citizens with modern housing modelled after the highest living standards and in a way that fulfils their needs and contributes to ensuring their social stability and decent life,” Sheikh Hamdan said during the tour.
