Hansika Motwani goes ‘are baap re’ as she reacts to reports of marrying best friend’s ex-husband Sohael Khaturiya

Hansika Motwani tied the knot with Sohael Khaturiya on December 4. The couple’s wedding took place at Mundota Fort and Palace of Jaipur in the presence of their close friends and friends. In a recent interview, Hansika reacted to reports about marrying her alleged best friend’s ex-husband Sohael. The actress called husband Sohael her ‘best friend’ and that she feels blessed to have him in her life.

Hansika Motwani hits back at trolls

Addressing the reports, Hansika told GoodTimes, “The whole narrative media written—best friend, this friend and all… I was like ‘are baap re (Oh my God)”

When asked about the reports of Hansika attending Sohael’s first wedding, she said, “No, but he is my brother’s best friend. He’s always been around us.”

The actress added, “I think I have said this in the series too… ye tha andekha, Anjana sa… iske baju me toh main ghumti thi (He was unknown, mystery man, I used to roam around him) So, he was always around me. I think we both have dated other individuals, when we were around each other. He was my brother’s best friend and then eventually we became best friends and that’s how it started.” She added that ‘marrying your best friend is the most comfortable thing that can happen to your life. I am just blessed.”

Recently, in Hansika and Sohael’s marriage documentary Love Shaadi Drama, latter reacted to people’s allegations of Hansika breaking his first marriage. Sohael said, “The news that I was previously married came out and it came out in the wrong light. It came out as if the breakup was because of Hansika, which is absolutely untrue and baseless.”

Hansika added, “Just because I knew the person at that time doesn’t mean it was my fault. I have nothing to do with this.”
