Megan Thee Stallion, Porter Robinson, Madeon and Lil Uzi Vert are among the big names in electronic music and hip-hop on the bill for Hard Summer Music Festival 2022 at the end of July, its organizers announced today, May 3.

The festival, which expands to three days for the first time this year, returns to the NOS Event Center in San Bernardino on July 29-31.

Hard Summer has established itself as a festival where electronic music shares the stage with hip-hop, giving it a vibe similar to what the Sahara tent at Coachella offered this year.

In addition to DJ-producer Porter Robinson and French musician Madeon, electronic music acts on the bill include the Australian producer Alison Wonderland, Detroit funk musician GRiZ, Los Angeles-based producer-DJ Tokimonsta, Jai Wolf, and Masego.

On the hip-hop side of the street, Megan Thee Stallion and Lil Uzi Vert will be joined by acts including vocalist Gunna, the Oscar-winning rap group Three 6 Mafia, Denzel Curry, and Aminé.

Others on the bill include Joji, Masego, Zed’s Dead, Nicole Moudaber, Tiga, Koffee, and 100 Gecs.

The festival will make use of fairgrounds and racetrack at the NOS Event Center with five outdoor stages this year.

Given the temperatures in the region in late July, festival promoters also plan to offer such comfort amenities as free water stations, shade structures, a one-acre lagoon, and cooling mist systems. A VIP pool with direct views of the Hard stage will also be back this year.

Details on the full lineup as well as tickets, which go on sale at 10 a.m. Pacific on Friday, May 6, can be found at Hardsummer.com.
