Harry and Meghan have sparked “entirely plausible” divorce rumours this week, according to American Journalist Megyn Kelly.
An unnamed source has come forward with the rumour, who is a “long-time royal insider, a socialite.”
“She’s been right about a lot. She’s claiming she’s heard from several sources now that he’s hired a lawyer and it happens to be somebody who’s a great divorce lawyer and specialises in divorce,” Kelly said.
According to Kelly, it aligns with other reports that Harry has been “spending time between two motels, one of which Montecito another of which is not too far away as an escape from her.”
“All they’ve done for five years is complain and moan and see themselves as downtrodden victims.
“That doesn’t tend to spur a lot of feelings of love and happiness and close bonding. I guess in a crisis mode it might,” she said on a Sky News broadcast.
Prince Harry had also sparked divorce rumours when he travelled to the recent coronation of his father King Charles III alone and left Meghan and his two children behind.
Paul Burrell who is the former butler of Harry’s mother Princess Diana, has said if the Prince left the marriage, he would “lose his children” and would try to “stick” around for the sake of watching them grow up.
Amidst the divorce rumours, Harry may well be “locked” in the UK, as he could be denied entry back into the US, after sharing his past drug-use confessions in his memoir Spare.
The US government are very strict on drug use, which is why Prince Harry’s US visa application has come under scrutiny, and will be questioned in court.
