Spring is just weeks away and the sunny and bright weather that is to come is ushering in some of the sweetest and most fun holidays of the year.

There’s so much to love about Saint Patrick’s Day, but these delicious desserts ensure a sweet finale to wherever the day’s festivities may take you.

Four Leaf Clover

One of the signature Lucky Seven pastries at Dominique Ansel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, this pastry is a coffee mousse with hazelnut dacquoise, crispy hazelnut feuilletine and dark chocolate crémeux, shaped like a four leaf clover. It is available on St. Patrick’s Day and every day of the year. There’s never a bad time to bring some luck! “For our pastry case in Las Vegas, we wanted to create a collection that represented good fortune in all different cultures, so naturally, we thought of a four leaf clover. Our version is made with coffee mousse, dark chocolate crémeux, crispy hazelnut feuilletine and hazelnut dacquoise, to bring you all good luck and well wishes during your stay,” said Chef Dominique Ansel.

McMatcha Mint Chip & Carrot Cake Scones

This gluten free and vegan treat at Whealth Bakeshop in Jersey City has an assortment of delicious scones. The McMatcha Mint Chip is a matcha flavored scone with a hint of mint loaded with df chocolate chips and topped with mint chocolate ganache drizzle. The Carrot Cake is a spiced scone filled with (farm-fresh) carrots, raisins and coconut finished off with a vegan cream cheese frosting sprinkled with a little Irish luck. Gina Cassese, chef/owner, says: “These gluten free vegan scones might not be found at the end of a rainbow or in a pot of gold but they are magically delicious and the perfect ending to any St. Patrick’s day meal for those with or without gluten/dairy and vegan lifestyles.”

Luck of the Irish Cake

At Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino in Punta Cana, this cake has a golden biscuit base with traditional cheesecake and toffee, topped with crunchy chocolate. “Perfect for a St. Patrick’s Day party, the cake pairs well with an Irish cream like Baileys,” said Jair Montane Ibarez, Pastry Chef at Lopesan.

Bailey’s Dark Chocolate Pie

Found at Ri Ra Irish Pub in Las Vegas, this is an old fashioned dark chocolate pie made with Bailey’s Irish Cream and a buttermilk crust. “Ri Ra is the most authentic Irish experience in Las Vegas. On St. Patrick’s Day, you won’t find anything dyed green or cut in the shape of a four-leaf clover here, just the good old fashioned Irish traditions. Our Bailey’s dark chocolate pie is a perfect example of a simple and delicious Irish favorite,” said Scott Sherman, Ri Ra Las Vegas general manager.

Triple Irish

Found at Dublin Village Tavern in Columbus, Ohio, this is a warm triple chocolate brownie with Guinness & Jameson caramel sauce & Bailey’s whipped cream. “What makes the three of the most popular Irish libations (Guinness, Bailey’s & Jamesons) better? … Chocolate!” said Geri Ziemba, General Manager.

Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake Cookie

Found at Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery in Forest Park, this dessert is made of a soft baked graham cookie with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Cheesecake filling, drizzled with fudge sauce. “This dessert is the perfect combination for cheesecake and cookie lovers. The Bailey’s Irish Cream filling paired with the graham cookies and fudge will have anyone taking a bite feel lucky to try such deliciousness,” said Chef Erin Mooney.

Lucky Leprechaun Insane Milkshake

At Sugar Factory American Brasserie the Lucky Leprechaun Insane Milkshake is a limited-edition Irish Coffee flavored shake that will be available March 4-31 and features vanilla and coffee ice cream, Jameson Whiskey, a green chocolate-covered mug with leprechaun sprinkles, and is topped with whipped cream, chocolate gold coins, rainbow sour belts and a rainbow whirly pop. “Our limited-edition Lucky Leprechaun insane milkshake is our take on an Irish coffee but with a Sugar Factory twist. It has the perfect combination of sweet and flavorful and is just the treat you need to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day,” said Charissa Davidovici, founder of Sugar Factory.
