Having recently dropped a string of archive-inspired capsules, Helly Hansen heads back to its extensive history of performance-driven pieces for its Fall/Winter 2023 collection.
Presented as the latest addition from its on-going HH-118389225 series, the 232 range looks to the garments worn by ski patrol teams on a day-to-day basis. Focusing on their essential work in keeping the mountains safe, the collection takes on both knowledge and experience to create an offering where the needs of the wearer are combined with functional silhouettes that perform in urban environments and the great outdoors.
The ARC Modular Slope Jacket—arguably the hero piece of the collection—features waterproof and breathable HELLY TECH® Protection fabric construction, as well as PrimaLoft® 100% recycled sheet insulation which is ideal for city moving. Boasting a removable base panel and mechanical ventilation zippers for added breathability, the jacket can be worn as a standalone piece or as a part of a full ski ‘fit.
Similarly, the brand’s new Down Vest—a 600 Fillpower garment—reprises with the ARC Hood System as well as a 2-way YKK zipper and adjustable waist pulls. Brand new Storm Jackets are also added to the line-up, while the Terrazzo, Alpine Frost and Arc Syrahand styles are presented in shades that correspond with earth’s natural environments and landscapes.
Accessories, like the ARC Bucket Hat and bottle, round out the collection, both of which utilise a seasonal colour palette and enhanced protective layers.
