The Twitter CTO said limitations are meant to help prevent “data scraping” and “system manipulation,” but the amount of posts each user can view depends on whether their account is verified (aka, whether a large portion of users have paid for Twitter Blue).
Those who are verified can view up to 6,000 posts a day, while unverified users get 600 and new accounts see 300.
