On April 29, Tiger Shroff’s Heropanti 2 and Ajay Devgn’s Runway 34 were released, following the huge success of Yash Raj’s KGF 2. (Friday). Both films failed miserably to make an impression on the audience. With advance bookings, Sajid Nadiadwala’s Heropanti 2 was projected to perform well at the box office.
On the other hand, the film struggled mightily on day one. Ajay Devgn’s multi-starrer had a similar predicament, with the lowest opening-day results for both Ajay and Tiger in a long time. The films’ dismal box office performance is even more concerning because it occurred during the Eid holiday, which often push films to massive success.

The film, directed by Ahmed Khan and written by Rajat Arora, starred Tara Sutaria and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Heropanti 2 was projected to do well at the box office, just like its predecessors.
Meanwhile, according reports, On the day, the multiplex movement for Heropanti 2 was very slow, and whatever the film is doing here is normally pre-release advance, and it is banking on holds in bulk belts to keep the single screens for the Eid crowd. At the end of the day, because action films are frontloaded, they required a better start.
