Pollard beats the likes of Bok captain Kolisi, SA Rugby Player of the Year, Etzebeth, Kolbe and Luckanyo AM to the top of the list of SA’s highest paid rugby players. The South African and Springbok flyhalf is currently the highest-paid rugby player in the world – at club level that is.
Meaning, this article does not take into account national salaries earned by the Bok players. Pollard is one of a handful of SA-born rugby stars who are taking home more than R1 MILLION a month. In fact, he earns more than double this playing for Leicester Tigers in England.

Meaning, he takes home roughly R2.6 MILLION a month (R2.58 MILLION), these values were reported on the same publication.
