Hogwarts Legacy is all set to release in February next year, and the developers have revealed the pre-order bonuses of the game, along with a mystical collector’s edition.
Hogwarts Legacy was undoubtedly the highlight of Gamescom Opening Night, with the developers providing fans a deeper insight into the game’s world as well as the critical choices they will have to make while traversing through the Forbidden Forest. The fact that players could potentially become a villain in the game is something that has managed to create a lot of hype. If you wish to get your hands on the game on the launch day itself, here is all you need to know about the various editions.
Hogwarts Legacy Standard Edition
With the Standard edition, there are no bells and whistles that you get with the game. This is perfect for players who are looking for the cheapest possible option and don’t really care about the extra bonuses. Usually, there is a pre-order bonus attached with this edition, but the developers have not revealed anything so far. However, we can expect something to be added before the final launch of the game. The Hogwarts Legacy Standard Edition can be bought for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC for $59.99 and for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S for $69.99.
Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition
With the Deluxe edition, players will be getting 72 hours of early access, allowing them to play the game on February 7th, 2023. Along with that, players will also get the Dark Arts Pack, which comprises a Thestral Mount, access to the Dark Arts Battle Arena, and the exclusive Dark Arts Cosmetic Set. The Deluxe Edition costs $69.99 on PC and consoles, with PS5 and Xbox Series S/X variants costing $79.99. Usually, both the current-gen and last-gen versions are included in the Deluxe edition, but it is quite surprising to see that the developers are offering the current-gen versions at a premium.
Hogwarts Legacy Collector’s Edition
Last but not the least, we have the Collector’s Edition which costs $299.99 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X and $289.99 for the rest of the platforms. Players will get everything that’s included in the Deluxe Edition along with Dark Arts Garrison Hat, Kelpie Robe, Steel Case, and a life-size Floating Wand with a Book Base.
