After winning one game earlier this month, Anji Nyquist revealed viewers at home were taken by her appearance, with some making X-rated inquires of the Minnesota native.

“I did an ‘ask me anything,’” Nyquist explained in an interview with The U.S. Sun, “and there were a lot of people who asked, ‘Would you do an OnlyFans? It would be really popular.’”
Nyquist said she was “flattered” by some of the comments, but found the attention she garnered from others a little strange.
“You’re gonna get some nice people, and you’re gonna get some creeps. I have been getting DMs from random men,” she said. “I mean, that’s not my style, but it was flattering.”
Nyquist was surprised after she won during the July 5th episode after she correctly answered a clue to do with African Countries that read: “Nicknamed ‘the kingdom in the sky,’ this landlocked nation is the only country in the world to lie entirely above 4,000 feet.”

“Lesotho,” she guessed, winning $8,800 along the way.

“I was as shocked as I looked,” Nyquist told the publication. “I was not expecting to win. I had a good game, but I had just turned to [fellow contestant] Aubrey [Gillerman] and said: ‘I’m not gonna win this one,’ and he said something so kind, like, ‘You never know!’
“And all of a sudden, Final Jeopardy happens, and I did win; it was crazy.”
Nyquist added that the show is about celebrating “your brain and your performance,” so she was a little caught off guard by some of the naughtier comments people made.
“Most of it’s just nice, ‘you’re so beautiful, you’re the hottest contestant ever’ — which is so dumb,” she said. “It was not what I was expecting, that’s for sure.”
On Twitter, Nyquist reflected on the odd exchange, writing, “I did an AMA sort of thing in insta today and a lot of weirdos want me on OnlyFans. Not going to do it but thank you for the confidence boost!”

“Well, you are beautiful,” one follower replied.
In addition to causing a stir thanks to her looks, Nyquist also went viral after revealing to host Ken Jennings that she named her cat after Minnesota Timberwolves centre Naz Reid.
“I am a big Timberwolves fan. We have season tickets. This season did not go the way we were hoping for but I’m hopeful because we have Anthony Edwards, who is really good, and we have Naz Reid — who I named my cat for,” she said.

On Reddit, T-Wolves fans praised Nyquist for her enthusiasm. “She is a national treasure and I only learned about her 2 minutes ago,” one person wrote, with another adding, “This is amazing. This woman is amazing.”
A third fan said her Reid fandom automatically made her “wife material.”
