The film is one of the few to have hit theatres in the midst of the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to reports, Hridayam has earned approximately ₹36 crores at the box office worldwide. In terms of global box office, it has thus surpassed Pranav Mohanlal’s 2018 debut film Aadhi.
