On August 25, Selena Gomez returned to the music scene with her new video “Single Soon,” in which she’s living her best life while dancing around in a sparkly outfit. Her music video makeup — shimmery lavender eye makeup with heavily lined lids — was a type of full glam that she would wear on a red carpet or to a fancy event versus her daily life; it was far more dramatic than what we typically see from Gomez. As expected, not too long later she was back to her everyday makeup, and we are especially in love with her latest selfie, in which you can still see her freckles through the makeup.
Gomez posted the selfie on September 8 with no caption; the actor looked calm while gazing away from the camera and resting her head on her hands. Though there isn’t too much visible makeup aside from the pink flush on her cheeks and lips. She likely used her own brand’s tinted moisturizer or even just a concealer, specifically the Positive Light Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen or Liquid Touch Brightening Concealer, for a lighter base that wouldn’t cover all her freckles.
As for the pink on her cheeks, it could simply be her natural blush, or perhaps she used a Rare Beauty blush.
