Karreuche Tran attended the 2023 Green Carpet Fashion Awards looking absolutely stunning with a fresh new haircut on March 9. The short haircut in question was a wet-looking choppy pixie, a marked departure from her usual inches of hair, and it might be the best haircut she has had in years.
Tran arrived at the eco-friendly fashion awards in a stunning black gown with a deep V neckline, chunky silver jewelry, and a black fur coat. She paired her edgy ensemble with her choppy pixie, which was styled with loose waves. Her piece-y short hair looked “wet” as if it was slathered with copious amounts of hair gel or mousse but not in a way that looks greasy or stiff and crunchy. Her waves looked perfectly “undone” without any clear parting, laid baby hairs, or any other evidence of deliberate styling.
Her makeup complimented her wavy pixie cut and dark ensemble. She opted for shimmery silver and dark matte eye shadows smoked out on her lids without a lick of makeup on her waterline — the lack of pigment on the undereye area made the metallic smoky eye the main attraction. Her nude glossy lip fit perfectly into the entire makeup look.
