Kirron Kher was diagnosed with multiple myeloma – a type of blood cancer last year. After completing the treatment, she also resumed work. She was seen as a judge on the reality show India’s Got Talent 9. In a recent interview, Anupam Kher opened up about his wife’s health. He also reacted to Kirron Kher resuming work after cancer battle.
When asked if Kirron’s victory against cancer is one of their biggest victories, Anupam Kher told ETimes, “It’s a big relief. Touch wood. She has started working again. The human spirit is stronger than anything. Giving up is not an option.”
When asked Anupam Kher about wife Kirron Kher resuming work, he said, “I was worried. The big C is a dreaded illness. But today, medical science has bettered by leaps and bounds. And thankfully, she had a good team of doctors at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital.”
