Brad Little (R) signed legislation creating a new crime called “abortion trafficking,” which was defined in Idaho’s House Bill 242 as an adult helping a minor obtain an abortion or abortions pills without the consent of a parent or guardian by “recruiting, harboring, or transporting the pregnant minor within this state.”
