Impressive Bafana Bafana beat Morocco to go top of Group K!

Bafana Bafana recorded an impressive 2-1 win over Morocco in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at FNB Stadium on Saturday.

Percy Tau opened the scoring early in the first half following a howler by Monir El-Khajoui before Zakhele Lepasa doubled Bafana Bafana’s lead with an easy tap-in in the second half.

Morocco pulled one back through Hakim Ziyech in the 60th minute but proved to be nothing but a consolation goal for the visitors.

The result saw Bafana Bafana Bafana move to the summit of Group K with seven points from four games.

However, Morocco can reclaim their top spot with a win over Liberia in the two nations’ final game of the group.
